Craftsmen Home Improvements went out of their way to ensure a smooth process to purchasing and installing our new roof. We needed replacements for our roof, soffits/fascia and gutters/downspouts, and we couldn't be happier with the results. In addition to the work done at our home, the communication with our project manager was excellent throughout. We would highly recommend Craftsmen Home Improvements!

I am so impressed with Craftsmen. Ellie, the project manager, coordinated the job and was so quick to respond to any questions. Jim, the lead on the install, was very helpful in explaining all of the specs of the job. And then finally, to the crew that actually cane out to do the job. There were only two of them because it was late in the season but they did a great job and checked in with me after each day to let me know what was going on.
