I had a great experience with Craftsmen from start to finish. Our sales rep was knowledgeable, friendly and personable. The office staff was responsive, helpful and transparent. The roofing crew was speedy and skilled. Craftsmen replaced our roof and gutters. There was a misunderstanding about what I wanted in the way of ice and water barrier. The company owner, Dan B., contacted me to plan how to make the situation right. Both he and Ellie, his customer service person, were as helpful as could be. I received a quote from Jim at Craftsmen when I was first thinking of replacing my roof, seven years ago. Other expenses ended up having to come first but I kept Jim's card because I was so impressed with him. It's 2020 and now it's time to replace it - no insurance money, this is out of my own pocket so I had to choose wisely, so I called Jim.
