A mistake was made and the wrong windows were ordered. It was only discovered after installation was halfway complete. Obviously that wasn't great, but the team took responsibility right away, and clearly talked through all the possible options to remedy the situation. Despite the mistake, we were satisfied with the work and the overall process and would feel comfortable using Craftsmen again.

Craftsman did both our siding & windows. Overall, very very happy with the end result. It looks stunning. The staff & crew were professional & thorough. We especially liked Erik -- who really sold us on the project and made sure we got everything we were hoping for. Great prices and great customer service! Craftsmen Home Improvements replaced the roof on our house, as well as on our shed. They also put on gutter covers. Jim and Ellie were an absolute pleasure to work with. They responded to any questions we had immediately. They were always extremely professional and operated with the highest levels of integrity. Both crews were very fast and hard working. We would give them our highest recommendation!
