I am so impressed with Craftsmen. Ellie, the project manager, coordinated the job and was so quick to respond to any questions. Jim, the lead on the install, was very helpful in explaining all of the specs of the job. And then finally, to the crew that actually cane out to do the job. There were only two of them because it was late in the season but they did a great job and checked in with me after each day to let me know what was going on. Craftsmen Home Improvements recently resided our home with James Hardy siding. We are very pleased with not only the outcome, but the smooth process as well. Everyone was very helpful and supportive along the way from sales, Erik, customer service, Joni and the installation team led by Juan.
