Craftsmen Home Improvements installed a new roof on our home and everything about our experience with them was great. Our attic had significant ventilation issues to the previous owner's roof install, which was a big concern for us. When Jim came to perform the estimate for our new roof, he really took the time to inspect our existing ventilation and recommend several options to improve in that area. We have used Craftsmen in the past due when we lived in Apple Valley. They did some windows in our old house. We did the evaluation process with a few different companies and ultimately we chose Craftsmen due to their impeccable reputation. Their bid was affordable and their assessment of my needs expert. We needed windows and doors replaced. We liked the fact that Craftsmen sells and installs nearly all the major brands of replacement windows which means they picked the right solution for our home. The install crew explained most everything they were doing and when there was delay, why the work progressed slower. They were considerate and most willing to oblige. The long list of previous positive reviews were deserved.
