Craftsmen is serious about their lifetime warranty. They spent the day adding more ventilation underneath the soffits they installed in 2016. Super responsive - super great people who work there. Overall great company. Highly recommend!!

This is the second time we have used Craftsmen to repair/replace our roof due to hail damage. The team has always been polite, professional and stayed on task to get the job done. They are impeccable with clean up and we could not be happier with their customer service. All questions were immediately addressed. Ellie was a fantastic project manager and hats off to the whole team.

I had a great experience with Craftsmen from start to finish. Our sales rep was knowledgeable, friendly and personable. The office staff was responsive, helpful and transparent. The roofing crew was speedy and skilled. The siding team was truly impressive - it SEEMS like simple work but watching their process i could see the intricacy and skill required to get it done right and they excelled. Craftsmen replaced our roof and gutters. There was a misunderstanding about what I wanted in the way of ice and water barrier. The company owner, Dan B., contacted me to plan how to make the situation right. Both he and Ellie, his customer service person, were as helpful as could be.
