The entire process went well and only took 1 day to install the window. We had used Craftsman for 4 other windows and 2 patio doors a couple years ago and everything went well, so we went back for the final window in the house.

My experience with Craftsman Home Improvement was very positive. Erik was very helpful. He came to my home inspected the roof, made some recommendations, and then gave me a quote. There was very good communication between Craftsman Home Improvement and me the entire time. The crew that installed the roof did a great job including the clean up afterwards.
