Great prices and great customer service! Craftsmen Home Improvements replaced the roof on our house, as well as on our shed. They also put on gutter covers. Jim and Ellie were an absolute pleasure to work with. They responded to any questions we had immediately. They were always extremely professional and operated with the highest levels of integrity. Both crews were very fast and hard working. We would give them our highest recommendation!

Craftsmen Home Improvements installed a new roof on our home and everything about our experience with them was great. Our attic had significant ventilation issues to the previous owner's roof install, which was a big concern for us. When Jim came to perform the estimate for our new roof, he really took the time to inspect our existing ventilation and recommend several options to improve in that area. We had four contractors come to give us estimates for our job, and Jim was by far the most th... Read more

We have used Craftsmen in the past due when we lived in Apple Valley. They did some windows in our old house. We did the evaluation process with a few different companies and ultimately we chose Craftsmen due to their impeccable reputation. I searched and searched for any negative reviews and I could not find any! They lived up to their standard with our old place and that's why we chose them again for our project in our new home in Lakeville. We had 4 windows replaced and the entire front ... Read more

I am very pleased with the work Craftsmen Home Improvement did for me in replacing my shingles. From beginning to end each person I dealt with was personable and professional. Their bid was affordable and their assessment of my needs expert. In addition to the main roof I had two small flat porch roofs that were leaking and they provided the extra care and professional attention needed to solve the leaks and re-roof those areas. Some materials had to be special ordered. I had a project mana... Read more

Working with Craftsmen Home Improvements was a terrific experience from start to finish. I was impressed in my very first meeting with the level of professionalism and the attention to all of the important details of a roofing project. From there on out, they were great about keeping me posted regarding timing of the project; they also were very gracious about accommodating various scheduling constraints that I had. The crew were as lovely as can be, and the work proceeded without a hitch. I wou... Read more
