We needed windows and doors replaced. We liked the fact that Craftsmen sells and installs nearly all the major brands of replacement windows which means they picked the right solution for our home. The install crew explained most everything they were doing and when there was delay, why the work progressed slower. They were considerate and most willing to oblige. The long list of previous positive reviews were deserved.

New roof on a classic 80 year old home. Working with this team was a pleasure, from the first visit to the final cleanup! The sales and office teams were on top of the project the whole way, the install team was amazing and the project cleanup was absolutely fantastic. This team manages the big things and the small details with the same level of excellence! We take pride in our home, gardens and yard. Besides a stunning new roof, you would not know they were here. The entire process went well and only took 1 day to install the window. We had used Craftsman for 4 other windows and 2 patio doors a couple years ago and everything went well, so we went back for the final window in the house.

My experience with Craftsman Home Improvement was very positive. Erik was very helpful. He came to my home inspected the roof, made some recommendations, and then gave me a quote. There was very good communication between Craftsman Home Improvement and me the entire time. The crew that installed the roof did a great job including the clean up afterwards.
