Craftsmen was flexible in getting our job scheduled and got our two buildings done in one day. The crew seemed conscientious to pick up any remaining debris at the end of the day, even though it was well into the evening. Jim, our project manager, came by the following day to do a final check and make sure everything looked good. I would use them again.

The entire process for replacing our roof was very personable and efficient and we thought the cost was quite reasonable. The CHI people were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The roof was completed in just one day and the cleanup was very thorough. The guy that arrived a day or so later to haul off the the dumpster/trailer even checked all around the house a second time. Plus, the roof looks great!
