I had a very good experience with Craftsmen Home Improvements, Inc. They replaced our roof after a hail damage. Great people to work with from the owner Dan to the support staff. Jim is a very nice person. He made the process easier and went above and beyond for us. The owner Dan was available for answering our questions anytime. Craftsmen staff has guided me from the cost estimate all the way through the post-work completion. Jim is very knowledgeable about the cost estimate and worked with my insurance adjuster very well. Joni let me know ahead of time when the work will be done, what I need to do ahead of time and whom will arrive to do the work. Every Craftsmen staff I have met is friendly and professional.
