We recently made the decision to redo our roof and reached out to 4-5 different vendors based on friends' recommendations and Angieslist reviews. After talking with all of the vendors, we analyzed the proposals. Craftsmen answered every question I had and also documented the most details in their proposal which allowed us to understand what we were getting. So we went with them. From there, the communication regarding next steps were given to us so there was no question as to what the process wo... Read more

Craftsmen was flexible in getting our job scheduled and got our two buildings done in one day. The crew seemed conscientious to pick up any remaining debris at the end of the day, even though it was well into the evening. Jim, our project manager, came by the following day to do a final check and make sure everything looked good. I would use them again.

The entire process for replacing our roof was very personable and efficient and we thought the cost was quite reasonable. The CHI people were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The roof was completed in just one day and the cleanup was very thorough. The guy that arrived a day or so later to haul off the the dumpster/trailer even checked all around the house a second time. Plus, the roof looks great!

From the initial contact with Erik when we met for our consultation, to the project coordination by Kim, to the installation by Tom, Jim and crew, everyone was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Their skills and customer service are outstanding. Dan, the owner, even called us on a Sunday to answer a question that we had. During this pandemic, they are very respectful of their crew and customers and do everything pos... Read more
