The siding crew did a fantastic job on my house! My siding was completed during the winter holidays which was cold! The first step was a quick meeting with the project lead to walk around and communicate the details or last min logistics. Highly recommend this step for communication and to get to know the project lead and crew. The job took 3 days which I thought was pretty quick. The roofing process went quite well with Craftsman, from initial bid to job completion. The sales rep was new, but friendly, open, and honest and actually went on the old/existing roof to check it out to get the bid right, and the quoted price was what we paid in the end. He also gave us some local houses they had recently done in the colors we were considering to see how they looked on a roof of similar style. I had Craftsmen out to replace our roof after a Summer hailstorm. They were with me from the start of the process including how to file a claim with insurance and meeting the agent at my house to look at the damage. When the roofing crew arrived, Matt, who is a super nice guy, made sure that I was aware of what they were doing and why throughout the entire process. We were very impressed with the professionalism and the attention to detail of Craftsmen. Our house roof and gutters were a bit tricky, and Craftsmen was able to find a tailored, bespoke solution for the challenge. Communication was great throughout the process, and the new roof looks great, and the gutters are flowing, which is what you want!

I recently used Craftsmen to replace all of the windows in my 1950's house. As a fairly new homeowner, I wasn't quite sure the direction to go.
