We contracted with Craftsmen Home Improvements, Inc. to replace the roof on our 1926 home. Jim Kosloski came out to prepare the estimate, and he was thorough and professional. Ellie was assigned as our project manager, and she was responsive and very easy to deal with. The crew arrived on time on the assigned date, and the work was accomplished in record time under the eye of the two site foremen. Everyone was easy to communicate with about the project. Needed a roof installation after a bad hailstorm, and Craftsmen did a fantastic job for me! They provided informative detail when quoting the job, took care of a lot of the communication with insurance, and they were FAST when it came time to install. The crew was respectful of our time and needs, and the post-job followup was superb. I would highly recommend Craftsman for any big home projects!

Crafstmen Home Improvements was a wonderful company to work with. The estimate we got was very thorough, and the cost came in very close to the original, given that we were expecting that the roof would need re-decking. Jim came up with a great suggestion for solving our chimney problem that saved us several thousand dollars. CHI did a great job on our roof replacement from start to finish. I specifically have to mention Jim K., the sales rep we worked with. Our old roof was leaking in a few spots but we couldn't tell where the problem was from the outside. Jim volunteered to inspect the leaks from our attic and discovered a couple exposed nail heads that were likely the cause of the problem. He then applied sealant to the nail holes and re-seated the nails, stopping the leaks until the roof was replaced. This was a ... Read more
