I can't say enough about how great it was to work with Matt and his roofing crew. Matt is a true professional who makes sure the job gets done right. We are very happy with our new Hardie siding. Pat, Beto, snd the rest of the crew did excellent work and answered all of our questions, however silly, and fulfilled our special requests due to other things being done at the same time. Craftsman was really Great to work with....even when uncovering some unexpected problems with my house, they were always willing to help, gave good direction and never put pressure on us. Erik was great to work with through the quote process to replace our windows. No pressure and he went above and beyond. While we did not end up choosing CHI, I really wanted to review them highly for being so great in this process. Many other used high pressure sales.
