At the end of 2018, Craftsman Home Improvements completed the process of replacing my old 1950's windows with new double-hung window inserts and an energy-efficient large picture window. The match with the existing oak trim is amazing--so close! I am SO PLEASED !! The previous year I had contacted another window installer for a quote and their inserts did not match my existing woodwork, plus they were more expensive. From the very beginning, Craftsmen was easy to work with. The sale person was patient with my questions and made great suggestions. Craftsmen's quote came in a little higher than a couple of others but it was easy to understand and accurate which made it stand out. During the install, there was a misunderstanding (most likely my fault) on my screen door and Craftsmen took care of it with no mention of the extra hassle for them. We had all of our windows replaced and couldn’t be happier with the results. The windows look amazing and Tom and the crew were great. Very professional and courteous, did a fantastic job cleaning up when they were done, and were even very tolerant of our dogs during the project. Kim was great at keeping us updated by email as to the schedule. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend them to others.
