I was very impressed with Craftsmen, and would definitely call on them again in the future. Kim matched our stain colors exactly. She also coordinated everything well, and communicated updates and changes. Our crew leader, Tom, was also great. I appreciate that he checked out the windows, to make sure they were OK, and had the manufacturer fix a couple things. He also made sure our garage service door was installed correctly. Overall I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Craftsmen!

We used Craftsman Home Improvements, Inc. to put new Hardie siding on our house in Eden Prairie. Our neighbors had used them this past fall and highly recommended them. I can now see why....We couldn't be happier with the entire experience from start to finish! The crew was professional, friendly and extremely good at what they do. Craftsmen Home Improvements did a fantastic job on my roof! From the sales person that showed up at my home (Jim) to the person working with me on dates and details (Maria) to the finance person (Nic), everyone was fabulous! They did EXACTLY what they said they were going to do...how many times can you say that about your contractor?!?! The communication was more than excellent which is what I appreciated the most! This was one of the best experiences I have had with Contractors. The sales Rep was a great guy who answered all my questions. The Craftsmen who installed 6 huge side by side sliding windows, couldn't have been more professional and helpful. They adjusted my blinds so they sat in line with the new windows and then reinstalled the valence.
