My experience with CHI has been great - from Sales to staff to window installers. I was especially impressed by guys that installed the windows, as they were courteous, helpful, conscientious and hard working, not to mention excellent at leaving no mess each day. My new windows and patio door look terrific -- as for quality and satisfaction with window brand, only time will tell but my expectations are high.

We had Craftsmen Home Improvements (CHI) replace 9 windows, 1 extra wide sliding glass patio door, and the siding on our house in June and July of 2023. It was clear from day 1 when going through the estimate process with multiple companies that that CHI was serious, professional, and that they knew their stuff.
