We couldn't be happier with our experience. The windows are great. The workmanship is immaculate. Tom and his team were highly professional, extremely courteous, and went above and beyond to make every aspect of the process as smooth as possible. We give them our highest recommendation.

We were very pleased with windows and sliding door installed by Craftsmen Home Improvements. The windows are beautiful. Our house is warmer and quieter with new windows. The crew was very easy to work with, did great work. They were on time, did the job very well, and cleaned up after. Highly recommended.

Rhonda, we are so glad that you can enjoy your warm, quiet home with the addition of your new beautiful windows. This especially sounds lovely as we have been experiencing such a cold and snowy winter. We are happy to hear that you found it easy woking with the crew and that they did such a wonderful and thorough job. Thank you for sharing this!

At the end of 2018, Craftsman Home Improvements completed the process of replacing my old 1950's windows with new double-hung window inserts and an energy-efficient large picture window. The match with the existing oak trim is amazing--so close! I am SO PLEASED !! The previous year I had contacted another window installer for a quote and their inserts did not match my existing woodwork, plus they were more expensive. The Craftsman installers were so professional, knew what they were doing ... Read more

How wonderful it is to be so pleased with your recent window project. It is important that the new windows blend in so the overall appearance is aesthetically pleasing, and that is why we try so hard to match your existing woodwork. Our professional, quick, and efficient crew does take the time to inspect everything throughly for any flaws so all is taken care of before the job is done. Thank you for contacting us again to work with you!

We were very pleased with our window project done by Craftsman Home improvements. Erik walked us through the different window vendors and the pros and cons of each. He also explained how the new windows would be fitted into place. The install crew of Tom, Jim and Tyler were very meticulous in the work that they did. We were impressed with the communication they provided and the time they took to explain the process and ensure we were happy with the result. They did a great job of cleaning up the... Read more

From the very beginning, Craftsmen was easy to work with. The sale person was patient with my questions and made great suggestions. Craftsmen's quote came in a little higher than a couple of others but it was easy to understand and accurate which made it stand out. During the install, there was a misunderstanding (most likely my fault) on my screen door and Craftsmen took care of it with no mention of the extra hassle for them. The installers were personable and seemed only concerned about ... Read more
