After researching and interviewing 3 of the best roofing construction companies near Edina in October, 2020, we chose Craftsmen Home Improvements. Chase Bowersox, our salesman, not only offered us the best value by upgrading our shingles to Duration Flex for the insurance amount we received, but he answered all our questions promptly and provided an extended warranty over the manufacturer’s product warranty. Craftsmen Home Improvements was a pleasure to work with. I got 8-10 quotes for siding and they were the most impressive by far when factoring price, quality, timing, and communication. As a first time home owner, I was unsure of the process to have my roof replaced. Even before I signed the contract to get the work scheduled, Jim, Ellie, Carolyn and Lucy were very helpful with answering questions I had by phone or email, even on weekends. Craftsmen did a great job on my roof. They were quick to give me an estimate, they kept me informed on scheduling, and they showed up when they said they would. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Their pricing was competitive. Recommended!
