Working with Craftsmen Home Improvements was wonderful. After a hailstorm damaged our roof, fascia, and window wraps, we knew we needed to get a quality firm to estimate the damage and complete the repairs. We spoke to several companies but felt that Jim Kosloski was more knowledgeable, trustworthy, and honest. This is the second time we have used Craftsmen to repair/replace our roof due to hail damage. The team has always been polite, professional and stayed on task to get the job done. They are impeccable with clean up and we could not be happier with their customer service. All questions were immediately addressed. Craftsmen replaced our roof and gutters. There was a misunderstanding about what I wanted in the way of ice and water barrier. The company owner, Dan B., contacted me to plan how to make the situation right. Both he and Ellie, his customer service person, were as helpful as could be.
