Craftsmen Home Improvements replaced our storm damaged roof. Owner Dan B. was quick in response to our inquiry. A sales representative for CHI, Tim J, was here for the roof inspection and was available throughout the process. He helped me to understand the details required for our insurance and took care of applying with the city for the needed documents.
