The process for residing was very informative and well thought out. I was able to take care of most all communication via email which worked well with my busy schedule. Craftsmen staff has guided me from the cost estimate all the way through the post-work completion. Jim is very knowledgeable about the cost estimate and worked with my insurance adjuster very well. Joni let me know ahead of time when the work will be done, what I need to do ahead of time and whom will arrive to do the work. Every Craftsmen staff I have met is friendly and professional.

Craftsmen Home Improvements did a fantastic job on my roof! From the sales person that showed up at my home (Jim) to the person working with me on dates and details (Maria) to the finance person (Nic), everyone was fabulous! This was one of the best experiences I have had with Contractors. The sales Rep was a great guy who answered all my questions. The Craftsmen who installed 6 huge side by side sliding windows, couldn't have been more professional and helpful. They adjusted my blinds so they sat in line with the new windows and then reinstalled the valence.
