We had 20 windows replaced in the parsonage area of our church that was built in 1918, is now used for the church office and Sunday school rooms. The whole process was very painless of obtaining bids for the job. Craftsmen Home Improvements was the second lowest bid (we did not feel comfortable with the lowest bid, it didn't make sense) so we went with them. The measuring went quickly and when the workmen came to install the windows they were very courteous and knowledgeable. The job took ab... Read more

Les, thank you for sharing your experience with your window replacements in the church. It is wonderful to hear back from customers that our workers were courteous, knowledgeable, quick, and cleanly. We will be sure to pass this along to the crew and make mention of the curtains too!

Craftsmen Home Improvements helped us with the insurance process after the hail damage on our roof. They were helpful when we were selecting the color and roofing materials. We are looking forward to having our roof replaced this spring.

My wife and I are delighted with the results of Craftsmen's work. The roof, siding, windows and exterior door made a huge difference in our houses curb appeal! The different teams all worked as efficiently as possible and were quick to answer any questions we had during the process. We felt like we were well taken care of through the whole process from estimates and planning through finalizing the work. Everyone was accommodating to our tight schedule and helping navigate some of the nuanced ins... Read more

I was very impressed with Craftsmen, and would definitely call on them again in the future. Kim matched our stain colors exactly. She also coordinated everything well, and communicated updates and changes. Our crew leader, Tom, was also great. I appreciate that he checked out the windows, to make sure they were OK, and had the manufacturer fix a couple things. He also made sure our garage service door was installed correctly. Overall I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Craftsmen!

We used Craftsman Home Improvements, Inc. to put new Hardie siding on our house in Eden Prairie. Our neighbors had used them this past fall and highly recommended them. I can now see why....We couldn't be happier with the entire experience from start to finish! The crew was professional, friendly and extremely good at what they do. Pat was a real pleasure to work with. If I had the smallest question he would stop and talk with me and whatever it was it was immediately taken care of. Our house lo... Read more
