Storm damage can be very frustrating but the process to get everything repaired and replaced was made much easier with Craftsmen. From the initial quote through the completion of work, we were kept updated on the status and any questions we had were answered. They also worked directly with our insurance company and took away the headache for us. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and how nice it looks.

We were very pleased to have chosen Craftsmen to work through our insurance claim. It was important to me to hire a contractor who could replace our roof, install the window wraps and downspouts which were damaged, and complete the painting of our siding. Craftsmen recommended a few changes which were additional work and materials, and was able to incorporate these into the project without our needing to pay extra for these upgrades. Fully replaced roof and decking on our single family home. The only minor complaint I have is they failed to get authorization from our home insurance company prior to re-decking the roof, but they worked with us to make sure insurance would cover the extra cost. Otherwise the work was completed in full, on budget, and in the time frames originally estimated! Definitely recommend!
