I received a quote from Jim at Craftsmen when I was first thinking of replacing my roof, seven years ago. Once again, Craftsmen did a wonderful job installing more windows in our home. This time it was basement windows. They were dealing with some crooked walls, since the house has settled a bit since it was built. And it looks great. The wrong screens were sent by Pella, but they they quickly replaced those, and didn't bill for the job until the new ones were installed. Truly a classy company to work with.

We bought a house that had previously been serviced by Craftsmen Home Improvements, and when we encountered a ceiling leak that seemed similar to one they addressed right before the sale, we didn't hesitate to call them. I'm writing share high praise of Dan (owner), and Jim (an experienced person on his team); they've been proactive, communicative and empathic. We look forward to working with them in the future.
