I had Craftsmen put new roofing on my house this Nov. It all went smoothly and they were friendly and professional. Scheduling roofing is weather dependent and we had some rainy/windy days that affected when my roof would be done - they were exceptionally good at keeping me in the loop so I knew exactly when materials would arrive and when the job would be done. I also had gutters added and a new window put in -- all done well. Very happy with the end result and the customer service.

Overall very pleased with service and experience. By far the best communication and follow through compared to the three other quotes and several other calls. Everyone was friendly and addressed things extremely promptly. No headaches and fair price. Plan to use them for our next set of windows and perhaps other work.

I was very pleased with Craftsman Home Improvements. Jim Kosloski was very thorough and helpful as was Maria Sanocki. Jim made the effort to be at my house when the insurance adjustor came to look at the roof damage and I found it reassuring that he could make some input with the insurance adjustor. Also, Maria was very good at keeping me up to date on the timing of the workers working on the roof and fascia, following up with the Roseville city inspectors and responding to my questions.
