Craftsmen Home Improvements did a fantastic job on my roof! From the sales person that showed up at my home (Jim) to the person working with me on dates and details (Maria) to the finance person (Nic), everyone was fabulous! They did EXACTLY what they said they were going to do...how many times can you say that about your contractor?!?! The communication was more than excellent which is what I appreciated the most! This was one of the best experiences I have had with Contractors. The sales Rep was a great guy who answered all my questions. The Craftsmen who installed 6 huge side by side sliding windows, couldn't have been more professional and helpful. They adjusted my blinds so they sat in line with the new windows and then reinstalled the valence. They replace furniture they had to move and they cleaned up after themselves, I did a huge amount of research of windows and installation companies and Crafts... Read more

We are more than happy with the work of Foreman Pat and his crew. The professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail have been truly amazing, It has been a privilege to watch them work long hours to bring our home into the best possible condition. Job site management and clean up have been quite remarkable also, as was Project Manager, Joni and the Office Support Staff.
