Craftsmen Home Improvements did a great job on our new roof. They explained everything in detail before they started and followed that plan completely. From notifying us of start date to final correspondence. The crew was wonderful, worked quickly and efficiently and got the job done beautifully. Our yard looked better when they left than before they started. I highly recommend Matt, Elmer and their crew for replacing your roof.

The whole operation is great. Erik did a nice job of explaining our options and was very responsive to follow up questions. Kim and the office crew was responsive and provided timely information regardless the status of the windows and when the install would occur. Windows were installed on time. My experience with Craftsmen Home Improvements was excellent from start to finish. I really appreciated, Maria, the project coordinator. We had constant communication, which was very helpful because I had so many questions being that this was my first time having a roof job performed. The crew was awesome as well. We had a significant roof leak for our flat roof and we are so grateful that Craftsmen Home Improvements were able to schedule us in prior to the significant rains we are currently experiencing.
