Windows look great. We had seven casement windows installed, four doubles, two singles and one triple in the kitchen. We also had the interior trim replaced and stained and the exterior trim replaced and painted. The job was done professionally and not considered complete until all of my concerns were met. They did a very good job and would certainly recommend them to all.

I had Craftsmen put new roofing on my house this Nov. It all went smoothly and they were friendly and professional. Scheduling roofing is weather dependent and we had some rainy/windy days that affected when my roof would be done - they were exceptionally good at keeping me in the loop so I knew exactly when materials would arrive and when the job would be done. I also had gutters added and a new window put in -- all done well. Very happy with the end result and the customer service.
Overall very pleased with service and experience. By far the best communication and follow through compared to the three other quotes and several other calls. Everyone was friendly and addressed things extremely promptly. No headaches and fair price. Plan to use them for our next set of windows and perhaps other work.
