I hired Craftsmen Home Improvements to replace the existing siding, soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts. They also removed two balconies and installed new custom made aluminum balconies (including all of the structural framing to support the balconies). They installed new James Hardie siding, aluminum soffits and fascia, and seamless gutters and downspouts (with leaf guards). I couldn't be happier with how the process went from start to finish. The entire process with Craftsmen Home Improvements was excellent. From the first meeting with Eric for an estimate, all the way through to our final inspection my wife and I were very impressed with the entire team. I was very pleased with the work that CHI did replacing my roof. Jim met in person for the estimate, and reviewed options and what needed to be done, suggesting enhancements like a new bath fan, additional venting, which were really needed on my older home. The work crew was wonderful the day they were here, answering questions, etc. and did a really great clean up job. Communication on the timing of the job was also well done. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

We have hired Craftsmen Home Improvements for a couple of projects at our house. One was a major re-roofing, re-siding and limited window replacement. The other was additional window replacement. They were excellent in every respect. They also did excellent follow up and replaced a large 6'x8' pane of glass that had a faulty seal which was attributable to the glass supplier and not Craftsmen. We have worked with contractors in the past but none of them the caliber of Craftsmen Home Improvement. Read less
