I had Craftsmen Home Improvements replace the asphalt shingle roof on my Minneapolis home. Our home was built in 1887 and has a fairly complicated roof with several dormers including a round turret as well. The staff and crew at Craftsmen did an excellent job. The initial bid was very thorough and competitive, and they were able to get our job in their schedule right away, which was a huge help, as I was also trying to time this to get the roof done prior to a solar panel installation. We had been planning a remodel of our exterior since we moved into our house in 2013 so we had done quite a bit of research. We selected 4 Companies to provide a quote for all new James Hardie cement siding and window wraps. We selected the Company’s based on Angie’s list recommendations and the James Hardie approved builder list for MN.
