Craftsmen just completed a full install of all 15+ windows in my home using MN company Hayfield windows. Their service was great! From the start, when the sales rep came for the in-home estimate, through finish, when I had a couple of issues they addressed promptly and professionally. This is our second experience with Craftsmen and we would give them 100 stars if we could! We had hail damage to our home in 2013. It was a daunting experience of selecting the right contractor, hoping they would live up to their promises and also be able to meet our expectations (and our expectations run HIGH!). We found the analysis of our roofing needs by Mr. Kosloski very straightforward and complete. This included a visual inspection that revealed some additional necessary work beyond the roof replacement we desired. This was included in the contract. We've used Craftsmen for two projects now... replacement of all of our windows and then replacement of our front door. Can't say enough good things about this team - work was done efficiently and effectively; and the guys were terrific. Would recommend them to anyone.
