Overall a great experience. We had 5 windows installed. Our sales person was very knowledgable. The follow up was quick, service was on time and professional. I have no complaints and will use Craftsman to install the next set of windows we do in the house.

They removed all existing shingles, reduced much of the roof, and put on new shingles. Most of our house has 45-degree pitch. The company was excellent, given that it was raining off and on during the whole week they were trying to get our roof done. They were very prompt with communication about what to expect and when workers would show. i am not totally surprised at the top ratings for Craftsman Home Improvement. But I was happy other people consistently had the top notch opinion I did. I selected Craftsman Home Improvement from three top Angie's List roof installers. I usually do a lot of research and ask many questions. Their sales rep, Jim Kosloski spent much time answering my questions and modifying the original proposal to get the product i wanted. I used Craftsmen Home Improvements for installation of Hardie Siding last summer. Their prices were comparable to other companies. I received three estimates and theirs was the middle price but I felt very comfortable with their installation. Dan helped me with the scheduling and color selections.
