Craftsmen did a tear-off and re-roof, plus new trim and fascia due to hail damage. Jim Kosloski was the Rep who came out to give us an estimate. He was excellent in his knowledge and helpfulness. I originally had another company in mind to do the work, but was so impressed with Jim that I chose Craftsmen for the job. He worked with the insurance company to have all costs covered. Definitely a 5 star experience! From beginning to end they were professional! The work completed was 5 star as well. The new roof was done in the winter and they said they'd come back in the spring to do a second clean-up after the snow had melted. That's going the extra mile for the customer! Great communication through out the process...from everyone in the company. We will definitely use Craftsman Home Improvements again and I HIGHLY recommend!

Representative promptly visited the house in late February, immediately diagnosed why the roof was leaking and recommended replacing all the shingles. Started the job less than a week later, when weather permitted (i.e. snow had melted). The crew was very polite and considerate, answered all my questions, and very efficiently stripped off the old shingles and replaced with high quality replacement shingles that look a thousand times better. My wife and I recently decided that we needed to replace our roof on a house we've only owned for 4 years. Truth be told it was apparent that there was a problem with leakage into the house from the first year we moved in since we saw drip marks in various places in our vaulted tongue and groove cedar ceiling.
