Craftsmen sent James Lucks to quote a replacement of our leaking roof. Though fairly small, about 14 square total, we had quite a few issues that came to our attention. Where others we received offers from just seemed to take a glance and guess at the full extent of the job, James put the effort in to really take a look and get the most accurate quote possible. Bryan Baker came out and we signed a contract for siding, gutters, and garage door replacement on 8-02-25. Craftsmen cashed our $5,000 down payment check and has ghosted us ever since. No one will call us back and every number rolls to the same voicemail. We are considering legal action. Update: John did call Laura. Hopefully we are back on track.
