I highly recommend craftsmen contractors. We were in the market for a new roof due to storm damage. They sent Mark Baldridge to talk with us. He walked us through the entire insurance claim process. He explained the process in great detail. Once the weather allowed for the roof replacement it was four hours from the time they started until the they completed the job. This included cleanup. I recently had some roof damage due to high winds blowing a big branch out of a tree. When Jason McLennan showed up to assess the situation, he was knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. He temporarily patched the roof and worked his schedule to accompany my insurance adjuster when they came to assess the damage and file the claim.
