I was impressed with both crews that came out to install my roof and gutters Liridon was very professional and easy to work with when I was picking out shingles and gutter colors. He was always available to answer my questions and always very professional. They worked great with my insurance company for a smooth process. I will recommend this company to anyone to have roof or gutter installed.

Great work when they do show up. They sent the entire crew after the second time they no call no showed on the day they stated to be there and was done in a matter of hours (full vinyl replacement on entire house) but had to come back to do the gutters and weather stripping on garage, which took 2 more weeks after 2 more no call no shows. Nightmare with communication, full of excuses ("we are the only people this has ever happened to", yet it kept happening at least 4 total times, no call no sho... Read more

Work is good when they actually show up to the job. Very POOR communication within the company. If you want the responsibility of staying on top of them to get the work done and getting a no reply for days go ahead. Also not getting approval from the homeowners to replace areas of wood.. Definitely not what we thought we signed up for. Be sure to look at what insurance company approves and that they do the work that is approved..
