Spoke with Jason today. Gotta say of all four roofing companies that I have spoke to so far, he was certainly the most thorough in his inspection and made sure to check out the whole house. He was the only person who used a drone to go up and take pictures as well as going up to look at it personally himself. Charlie Smith is amazing!!!!!! After the wind storms that we had in March we had damage to our roof and the soffit that attached the roof to the siding had come off and was banging into the house. It sounded like a truck was hitting the side of our house and was upsetting our dogs and me. It seemed like no one was willing to even give me an estimate on that and I kept hearing “that sounds like a handyman job”.
