Bryan Baker is the contractor who we worked with and I must say he made everything a great experience. He was very thorough and stood by his word throughout the entire process. If something wasn’t exactly like we wanted it he made sure we were 100% satisfied. They also replaced vinyl siding on our massive 2 story house and the installation crew nailed it. I feel that Craftsman did an excellent job in helping me choose the roof and gutters for our house, and then installed them with care in a timely manner. All the people I worked with, or even just spoke with while they were working, treated me with kindness and respect. The roof and gutters make the house look better. The warranty for the roofing materials is also excellent.
