Craftsmen Contractors were fantastic to work with. In particular, without Travis Rainwater, my insurance company would not have paid the claim to fix my storm damaged roof. When they initially denied my claim (likely because the original adjuster came to some faulty and incomplete conclusions) Travis was the one who highly encouraged me to require the insurance company to take another look. I highly recommend craftsmen contractors. We were in the market for a new roof due to storm damage. They sent Mark Baldridge to talk with us. He walked us through the entire insurance claim process. He explained the process in great detail. Once the weather allowed for the roof replacement it was four hours from the time they started until the they completed the job. This included cleanup.
