Had three companies come out. Estimates were $6000 to replace the entire side of the roof or $2,000 to remove that area of shingles and replace them. Scott with Craftsmen Contractors found two small nail holes that neither of the other companies found. He lifted up the offending shingles and placed some patching underneath and didn't charge me a dime. Truly a gem. Even if the patch doesn't hold (it will) I will certainly call Scott back to take a deeper look.

After hail damaged our roof we were contacted by Larry Edmister with Craftsmen Roofing and Exteriors. He was very helpful in advising and explaining what we needed to do. He was very prompt in getting with the adjuster to get the job started. The crew he sent to replace our roof did an excellent job! We are very pleased with our new roof.

I am long winded so be aware, but I had tried 3 other Roofing companies because my insurance did not want to pay full coverage for the storm damage.But couldn't get any assistance fighting the insurance company. Oh my gosh Josh is such an incredible man the effort he and his team put into getting my insurance to pay was unbelievable. Guess what I just got my beautiful roof best day ever. Contacted them through a website to get a quote for a roofing job. The company got in contact immediately and set up a day to come out. On a Monday afternoon I met with Alvin who walked me through what could be done. He was professional and knowledgeable and had me a quote that same day. I was seeking quoats from multiple companies and while I did not chose to go with Craftsman roofing I can say they offer a good product with transparency and a great warranty. All around a good guy. Craftsmen sent James Lucks to quote a replacement of our leaking roof. Though fairly small, about 14 square total, we had quite a few issues that came to our attention. Where others we received offers from just seemed to take a glance and guess at the full extent of the job, James put the effort in to really take a look and get the most accurate quote possible.
