Unfortunately our experience with Craftsmen Contractors did not go as well as hoped. When the work was finally complete, we were satisfied with the finished product, but the process to get there was extremely stressful and frustrating. Three major downsides were staff inexperience, poor organization and very poor communication (between staff and between them and us). I had extensive roof damage from a recent storm. I contacted Craftsmen Contractors and worked with Rob. Throughout the whole process, Rob was great to work with and stayed in communication from beginning to end. The roofing project was completed in a timely manner and it looks great. I would definitely recommend anybody to work with Rob and Craftsmen Contractors for their next project.

Jason McClennen and Craftsman construction stepped up and helped me with a leaky roof that had aged out. They help me navigate with my insurance, which with their help came through for approximately 75% of the cost for replacement even though it was a 14-year-old roof. Their crew showed up at 8 AM on the dot the day of the tear off and rebuild and were done by 3 PM. I have never seen a crew work as efficiently.
