Travis came out and was right on time and did a great job fixing our issue. He was friendly and got thing done quickly and correctly. Will definitely be turning to them in the future for more repairs.

I received excellent service to my house from major hail damage. Repairs were made, and corrections to repairs were easily and readily done...no arguments. They wanted the jobs (roof, windows, siding) done to my satisfaction and it was. Brian Baker was the initial contact and he was helpful, friendly and detail orientated. Process was smooth working with Travis he kept me informed throughout the entire process and went head on to fight with insurance. When the roofers came out they unbelievably fast. When they were done there was no trace they had been there other than having a new roof.
The work Craftsmen did was great, but communication is awful. I was advised once I had given them the insurance check, it would be 10-12 weeks to get started. It took 19 weeks for the first thing to be done, and 27 weeks to completion. Materials were left in my yard for 2 weeks even though I was told it’d be gone in 2-3 days and it completely killed the grass underneath. I had to contact them multiple times to get anything done. I had roof damage from recent storms, Ben was very thorough with information and was there to answer any questions from start to finish. I was fearful this would be a headache in trying to get everything approved, however it was a very smooth process. I was notified of each step and was always informed. Workers were on time and completed the job in one day! I would highly recommend!!!
