Jason McClennen and Craftsman construction stepped up and helped me with a leaky roof that had aged out. They help me navigate with my insurance, which with their help came through for approximately 75% of the cost for replacement even though it was a 14-year-old roof. Travis and company were amazing replacing our roof after a storm. You could tell he was listening and he cared. The work lasted one day and the results were amazing. Hope I don't have to, but I'll definitely use Craftsman Contractors if the need arises.

Everything went well. The worker crews did a great job for us and even had some not-so-good weather. They worked sun-up til almost sun-down, and the ladies helped also. I talked briefly to several of the workers & they were very cordial to us. Travis was our person, was good contact with him and Haley. He'd meet us at local restaurant (since we have a mean dog) to pick our options. There were some extra materials left-over & they came back & picked them up. The world of text messages made everyt...
