Our insurance denied the initial claim for damage to the roof, but the team at Craftsman went the extra mile with testing the shingles and proving it needed replaced instead of minor repairs as suggested by our insurance. They we professional every step of the way with great communication and follow up after the install was complete. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs!
