The work Craftsmen did was great, but communication is awful. I was advised once I had given them the insurance check, it would be 10-12 weeks to get started. It took 19 weeks for the first thing to be done, and 27 weeks to completion. Materials were left in my yard for 2 weeks even though I was told it’d be gone in 2-3 days and it completely killed the grass underneath. I had to contact them multiple times to get anything done. I had roof damage from recent storms, Ben was very thorough with information and was there to answer any questions from start to finish. I was fearful this would be a headache in trying to get everything approved, however it was a very smooth process. I was notified of each step and was always informed. Workers were on time and completed the job in one day! I would highly recommend!!!

Thad Gouge and the team at Craftsman Contractors were wonderful. They worked through an insurance situation and had everything resolved with no effort on my part. The folks doing our roof were polite and professional. They were extremely conscientious about finding any nails and protecting plants around the house. Our new roof is beautiful and I would absolutely use their services again.

After two failed attempts of trying to work with other roofing companies, Craftsmen was able to work with my insurance company to get final approval. Ben was very patient and professional over months of back and forth and waiting. Everyone I spoke to at Craftsman has been respectful and easy to communicate with. I love my new roof and would recommend this company to anyone.

Unfortunately our experience with Craftsmen Contractors did not go as well as hoped. When the work was finally complete, we were satisfied with the finished product, but the process to get there was extremely stressful and frustrating. Three major downsides were staff inexperience, poor organization and very poor communication (between staff and between them and us).
