Everything went well. The worker crews did a great job for us and even had some not-so-good weather. They worked sun-up til almost sun-down, and the ladies helped also. I talked briefly to several of the workers & they were very cordial to us. Travis was our person, was good contact with him and Haley. Craftsmen Contractors did a fantastic job in replacing our 14 year old roof after a major hail & wind storm. The men were always punctual and scheduled to my satisfaction. They definitely deserve a five star rating and above. They were recommended by my daughter who lives in Richmond and I want to pass this recommendation forward to all who want first class roofing, professional customer service and follow up after the job is finished.
I am sorry but I would use these people at all. Had them come out and do two estimates for my trailer 28x68 and the shingle estimate was almost 16k and the metal one was almost 34k...that outrageous if you ask me... Lucky I found a local guy that can do it for over half the price...someone was wanting to take sometime off work
