Travis did a great job of inspecting the roof and marking all the damage explaining the process. The crew that came out worked extremely quickly professionally, the clean up was superb we have had 3 roofs replaces over the years and this was the best cleanup ever, they even protected our rose bushes that were directly below them. Craftsmen Contractors replaced our roof after the recent wind storm. The entire team was incredibly responsive and professional from start to finish. I met with Robert in early March to get an estimate. I also had a couple of other estimates done and chose Craftsmen Contractors primarily, based on my meeting with Robert. He was very detailed and came across as being genuine to my needs as opposed to being a salesman trying to get the job. The crew came out for an hour on Tuesday evening, just before dark and did a lot of prep work. Then worked all day on Wednesday to get the job done. They were contracted to replace my roof as well replace decking with the appropriate boards to match the rest of my roof. Communication was subpar on the scheduled day and the job didn't start until after 2 pm and was completed in the dark. The repair work they were contracted to do was not completed and my roof is now worse than it was before they "repaired and replaced" it.
