It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend them to anyone.
I normally went with Craftsman because of their work on gutters the last time we used them. This time we used them for a roof and will not be using them in the future. I have been waiting since May was put off with rain then it's material and have been told different times of when things would be done and still waiting and hopefully will have the roof put on next week. It was an insurance job so they done have their money and can't go anywhere else if I wanted to.

Recently had our roof replaced. Craftsman made the entire process easy. From dealing with the insurance company, doing the work, cleaning up and following up with the insurance company, it wasn’t as stressful as I anticipated.
