Did a great job with the install and clean up of my roof. Process didn't go as smooth and to plan but workers tried to help out the best they could to help make sure it was taken care of best they could. But over all great work on the job itself.

Bryan Baker was our contact person with Craftsman. He gave us our estimate the first time we met worked with the insurance company with no hassle from us. It went very smooth and efficient. We love our new green roof. The workers were in and out in a day cleaned up all around the house left no mess. We will recommend Bryan to family and friends.

We had an ordeal getting our roof replaced due to our insurance, but Craftsmen was there every step of the way. Ben was phenomenal and the whole team went above and beyond. We will definitely be using them again, should the need arise. I can't recommend them enough!

Very good customer service! Responded to my inquiry in timely way. Ben (my sales rep) went the extra mile in explaining how the whole process worked and was great at follow-up with me and my insurance company. Install crew did a great job-especially with yard cleanup. Highly recommend them for any projects.
