We had damage to our house due to a hailstorm. Craftsmen Contractors were very professional and walked me through every step of the process and how to work with the insurance company. Rob was very helpful in getting the estimates to us quickly and the work was done in a timely manner. I will use them again when the need arises.
This is a great company to work with. Bryan helped me with ever step of the way with the insurance company. In fact, I never met with the adjuster. Bryan did an amazing job and handled it all the way. The install crew showed up early in the morning on the day they were scheduled, tore off the hold roof and installed 42 squares of roofing before leaving me late that day with a totally new roof and a clean lawn. Great job from start to finish. Ben was very helpful and informative every step of the way. I was kept updated as my claim progressed. They finish the roofing job in one day, very efficient and professional.
Kudos and much appreciation to Mark Baldridge and the Craftsmen crew for their exemplary work replacing out roof which had suffered from hail damage. Mark was very thorough in his inspection and remained on hand throughout the replacement process providing guidance and assistance with the installation and with our insurance company. the installation crew was efficient and careful.
