Bryan Baker came out and we signed a contract for siding, gutters, and garage door replacement on 8-02-25. Craftsmen cashed our $5,000 down payment check and has ghosted us ever since. No one will call us back and every number rolls to the same voicemail. We are considering legal action.

Offered a competitive price and installation looks to be well done. They seemed to communicate pretty good before the install, but day of and after there’s been no communication but the invoice. No one came up to us day of installation to talk with us or talk with us after they finished just left. My biggest problem is they’ve left materials that weren’t used at my house. Craftsmen Roofing was amazing to work with. I was able to call for a siding issue and Jason came out the same day to take a look at the issue and fixed it in 5 minutes! I would definitely recommend working with Craftsmen and will use them for any future needs as well!
