I feel that Craftsman did an excellent job in helping me choose the roof and gutters for our house, and then installed them with care in a timely manner. All the people I worked with, or even just spoke with while they were working, treated me with kindness and respect. The roof and gutters make the house look better. The warranty for the roofing materials is also excellent.

Zach was awesome!!! He was pleasant to work with very knowledgeable, and thorough. He had a very subtle sales technique that was very appreciated by me. They give inspection and estimate free, which was also appreciated. Whoever Zach's boss is...he needs a raise and deserves kudos in front of his co-workers and piers. Hello all! I truly enjoyed my experience with Craftsman roofing and company. The people were so pleasant and enjoyable to talk to. The price and information given to me was spot on. Craftsman kept their appointments, were on time and cleaned up to perfection. Now the installation was great. He gave me good instructions on how to clean and use my new windows as well as letting me know about the insurance side and other things to look out for. We have been extremely satisfied with Bryan Baker and his team of experts on getting our insurance claim done through State farm in a very timely manner. He worked hard at getting our roofing, and siding claims done. I would definitely hire them again not because they did an excellent job but because I felt like Bryan enjoyed working with us without seeming like we were a nuisance every time I called about something. Jason did a great job coming out, looking at the damage, setting me up, and keeping me in the loop. I had like 6 different companies come assess my damage and Craftsmen was the only one I trusted due to how well Jason showed. They worked well with my insurance and got my place looking great
