I met with Robert in early March to get an estimate. I also had a couple of other estimates done and chose Craftsmen Contractors primarily, based on my meeting with Robert. He was very detailed and came across as being genuine to my needs as opposed to being a salesman trying to get the job. The crew came out for an hour on Tuesday evening, just before dark and did a lot of prep work. Then worked all day on Wednesday to get the job done. They were contracted to replace my roof as well replace decking with the appropriate boards to match the rest of my roof. Communication was subpar on the scheduled day and the job didn't start until after 2 pm and was completed in the dark. The repair work they were contracted to do was not completed and my roof is now worse than it was before they "repaired and replaced" it.
