Roof and gutter replacement - May 2017
They sub-contract all their work out and provide no on-site supervision. The sub-contractors were drinking on the job site, using my backyard as restroom, and damaging property left and right without any notice. It was not until I brought this up to Craftsmen did they even care to address the damages. It took negotiation even for the company to want to repair the damages left.
