Had our roof replaced. Sadly they did not communicate an extra $2500 on our original estimate. They did email us the day the repair was done, but did not call or text. They did a repair without our permission that drastically increased our cost without appropriate warning. They get 3 starts for doing a good job but sadly very poor communication. We had Craftsmen put a metal roof on. They did a good job. They got it on in just a couple days. No muss, no fuss. It looks good, and, I think, raised the value of the house. I worked with Matt Hammons. He wasn't pushy about being paid, even when the crew had to do some extra work that wasn't already paid for. An excellent job and very low stress.
