Contacted them through a website to get a quote for a roofing job. The company got in contact immediately and set up a day to come out. On a Monday afternoon I met with Alvin who walked me through what could be done. He was professional and knowledgeable and had me a quote that same day. I was seeking quoats from multiple companies and while I did not chose to go with Craftsman roofing I can say they offer a good product with transparency and a great warranty. All around a good guy. Craftsmen sent James Lucks to quote a replacement of our leaking roof. Though fairly small, about 14 square total, we had quite a few issues that came to our attention. Where others we received offers from just seemed to take a glance and guess at the full extent of the job, James put the effort in to really take a look and get the most accurate quote possible.
